What Is CLA Or Conjugated Linoleic Acid
I first heard of CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid from a 60 year old deckhand on the ship that I work on.
One thing I might add about this particular deckhand – is that he is in extraordinarily good shape physically. In fact, when he first came aboard, I was wondering to myself; “how did he come to have the posture and physique of a young man, (say of 25 years old), at his age”?
He Told Me About His Experience Taking Conjugated Linoleic Acid…
I must point out here, that contrary to “scuttlebutt” you might have heard about Merchant Seaman… We don’t usually go around checking out each other’s “physiques”. But like I said; “Doug, the 60 year old deckhand, is in tremendous shape for his age”. Actually he would be considered to be in great shape at any age.
I’m the 1st Mate on the M/V Adam E. Cornelius, owned and operated by the American Steamship Company of Buffalo, NY. Our ship is a 680 foot long, 78 foot wide self-unloading bulk freighter which operates on the Great Lakes.
My name is Doug LaLonde and I build and write blogs as a hobby. To be honest, I’m getting close to retirement, and I intend to make extra income from blogging when I retire.
Now I may seem to have gotten “off topic” here… But I wanted to let you know where I’m coming from, and how I heard about Tonalin CLA.
It seems that on further investigation – when asked how he came to be in such great shape, Doug, (the deckhand), revealed his own introduction to Tonalin CLA, or what is clinically called Conjugated Linoleic Acid.
Because of the seemingly profound effect this supplement had on Doug, (the deckhands), physical well-being, I decided to do myself and future blog readers a favor by researching further into the benefits of Conjugated Linoleic Acid.
In my next post I will continue with the story of Doug the deckhand. It is quite interesting and I hope you will return to read more…
Warmest Regards,
Doug LaLonde
